A POC win is a win for broader representation and adding new blood and new perspective to an old regime. It can ONLY bring good things by rocking the boat. It opens the doors for others to follow. Showing that it's possible is almost more important than the actual job itself. Sometimes, the lessers just need to see that they CAN win, that it is possible. Hope is a dangerous thing.
