Hi, fellow fat girl here, and wow, this whole article is toxic, so much so, I couldn't finish it. The reality of being "fit and fat" is that EVENTUALLY it catches up to you as you age. Those studies might make you feel good, but it doesn't show the whole picture. I used to be one of those "fit and fat" people, but guess what? Once middle age hit, that fat became a problem. We should be supportive of Adele taking control of her health, not knocking her down because of your own issues. Seriously, people find things to complain about in anything. So Adele should stay fat to make you happy? And she's NOT wrong about her privileges and she should be applauded for being honest, instead of lying to her audience like other celebs do and make it look like it's so easy and anybody can do it. Yes, her money helped her A LOT to get to where she is physically and to maintain it. Private chefs, personal trainers, the best doctors and nutritionists ALL make a huge impact in how fast and how effectively you can lose weight. I love Adele and appreciate her being her authentic and honest self. Check the hate and the criticism, because this kind of toxicity should be a study about yourself and why you feel this way and your own insecurities instead of raining on someone else's parade.
