- Keeps you a secret. Yeah, if he can’t tell his friends or family about you, that’s a red flag. It’s dishonesty and why would you be with someone who isn’t proud to be with you? Also, cheaters do this a lot. You might be the main piece, but he’s treating you like a side piece, just waiting for something better to come along.
- Renames you to something else on his phone. When my ex was cheating on me, he had my name saved as “Yamaha Motors” on his phone so that when I called, it wouldn’t alert the other woman who was calling. Funny thing is, what kind of sales department calls at 10 PM at night? He also saved other women on his phone under other names too, like “Bobby from work” who was actually “Beth the Single Soccer Mom.” You should call him sometime when his phone is right next to you, just for funsies.
- Punches walls. Rage, anybody? Dudes with rage will eventually turn that rage on you. ‘Nuff said.
- Would rather break his cell phone than let you look at it. Yep, this happened. Caught him cheating via some messages that came through his phone. He went to the bathroom, his phone was next to me and it pinged off. I looked down, saw some total emo messages of “Why aren’t you calling me back? I thought you loved me…” Confronted him about it and he gets angry and silent and breaks his phone in half…
