Perhaps the title should be worded a little more clearly. It's not blame shifting. It's saying take responsibility for our part in keeping it going also. Unless horrible men are raised on islands by other horrible men and then released full grown into the world, then women also have to realize that the way boys become men also have something to do with us and how we raise and make excuses for them too.
