There's really no reason why Hmong officers shouldn't be able to be buried there, except if by choice. There's so few of them left that space shouldn't really be an issue.
The only way my dad and men like my dad will get their due is if the US government gets sued by an international human rights legal firm and win. The US will need to be forced to acknowledge their wrong-doing. That is the only way any form of reparation will be granted.
